Keep the next step connected to the case.
Keep legal cases, clients, court dates and tasks organised in LegalEase. Learn how Sri Lankan attorneys can maintain a connected case record.
What does legal case management bring together?
A matter involves more than a case number. LegalEase brings case records, client details, court dates, next steps and tasks into the same application. Attorneys can maintain the working record as a matter develops instead of depending on disconnected notes and spreadsheets.
Build a record you can return to
Create the case, connect its client, record the court and relevant dates, and keep the next procedural step up to date. The file-cover scanner can help extract information from an existing paper cover; check its suggested values before saving. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the case record.
Plan dates and follow-through
Use the calendar and task views to organise upcoming work. Optional Google Workspace connections are managed separately in the app. A software reminder does not replace checking court notices or professionally verifying deadlines; keep authoritative dates and instructions under review.
Bring existing information across carefully
The Import/Export workflow includes AI-assisted cleaning of uploaded case data. Review the cleaned output before importing it into records. Chat-assisted case updates also use a proposal-and-confirmation step, so proposed changes can be inspected before they are applied.
How do I get started?
Create an account or sign in, open Cases, and add a case with the information you have verified. Add its documents and next dates, then use the calendar and tasks to keep the follow-up visible. Review your account and workspace access before adding confidential client material.
